Digital Fashion Design Assistant
Lubana Exim Private Limited
Job Description
Company Description
Lubana Exim Private Limited is an apparel export house situated in Rama Road Industrial Area, New Delhi
Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Digital Fashion Design Assistant to support our design and development process across digital sketching, artwork correction, garment detailing, beading layouts, and design-based development work.
This role is suited for someone who has a strong eye for fashion, proportion, placement, and detailing, along with confident digital skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Procreate and Adobe software, and should be able to translate design direction into clean, thoughtful, and well-finished digital work.
The work will include assisting with fashion sketches, design edits, digital layouts, beading and embroidery placement, scaling design elements, refining garment details, and supporting ongoing collection development. A major part of the role requires maintaining the original design intent while adapting artwork or detailing across different styles and sizes.
We are looking for someone who is not only creative, but also precise, organized, responsible, and able to handle revisions with patience and maturity. This is not a generic fashion intern role; it requires a good design eye, strong digital execution, and a polished approach to work.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Procreate
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong fashion sketching and digital illustration skills
• Good understanding of garment details, proportions, and surface placement
• Ability to work carefully with design instructions and references
• Interest or experience in occasionwear, couture, embroidery, beading, or detailed garment development
• Organized, dependable, and detail-focused working style
• Prior experience in womenswear or kidswear line is a MUST
Applicants should share a portfolio or samples of digital fashion sketches, garment illustrations, Adobe work, Procreate work, embroidery/beading layouts, or any relevant design development work.
