NETZSCH Premier Technologies is a leading manufacturer of milling, mixing, dispersing, and classifying equipment. Located in Exton, PA, NETZSCH Premier Technologies is the North American subsidiary of the globally operated group of NETZSCH companies. With an extensive list of machines used in a variety of innovative industries, NETZSCH is renowned as the longest standing provider of horizontal bead mills, and as an innovator in the field of fine grinding and dispersing. Responsibilities Digital Marketing Internship: Work directly with the North American Marketing Manager on real campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement initiatives to drive measurable business results. This is a part-time position, 10-15 hours per week, with a mostly flexible schedule. Campaign Execution: Build and launch email and LinkedIn campaigns; support targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking; help improve campaign performance over time.
Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and summarize weekly performance. Content & Creative: Develop newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and marketing assets; create clean, professional visuals aligned with brand standards; edit and proofread content for clarity and accuracy; support follow-ups from trade shows and customer interactions; help create sales materials tailored to applications and equipment; assist with Customer Portal and digital engagement initiatives. Marketing Operations: Maintain and clean contact databases; support lead generation tools and workflows; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong attention to detail and organization.
Analytical mindset with interest in performance data. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a technical/industrial environment.
Skills (Preferred, Not Required): Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM & marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot); basic design tools (Adobe, Canva, or similar); programming knowledge is a plus; most important: willingness to learn and take initiative.
