Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to join the consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design, Global Capability Center (GCC) strategies, process improvements, sourcing model optimization, and change management. The role requires strong analytical skills, client engagement capability, and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting Delivery & Subject Matter ExpertiseLead the design and implementation of operating models for global and regional functions, enabling scalability, efficiency, and innovation.Assess and recommend sourcing models (in-house, outsourced, hybrid) and vendor strategies aligned to business goals.Develop GCC strategies including setup, scale-up, transformation, and optimization.Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.Lead change management programs, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption tracking.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships.Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive briefings to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.Present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to C-suite and senior leadership.Project & Team LeadershipStructure, plan, and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.Lead cross-functional teamsProvide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to team members.Thought LeadershipContribute to intellectual capital creation, including frameworks, case studies, and whitepapers.Support proposal development, client pitches, and pursuit activities.Stay updated on industry trends in GCCs, operating models, sourcing strategies, and digital transformation
Qualifications:Fulltime MBA from Tier -1 universities or equivalent9-18 years in management consulting or relevant industry leadership roles with proven delivery in operating models, GCCs, process improvement, sourcing, and change managementDemonstrated experience in managing global programs and working with multi-cultural, distributed teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.Excellent communication skills-both executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP is an advantage
