Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director, Software Forecasting & Planning I'm currently partnering with a globally recognised digital entertainment and technology business to appoint a Director of Software Forecasting & Planning. This is a rare opportunity to lead a global forecasting function at the intersection of Finance, Data Science and AI. Key responsibilities include: • Owning enterprise-wide software revenue forecasting across multiple channels and product categories • Driving the adoption of machine learning and AI-enabled forecasting models • Partnering with Data Science, Analytics and Engineering teams to enhance forecasting capabilities • Leading automation initiatives and reducing reliance on manual processes • Influencing commercial strategy, pricing, investment decisions and go-to-market planning • Building and developing a high-performing global team We're looking for candidates with: ✔️ Experience leading large-scale forecasting or planning functions ✔️ Strong exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning or AI-driven forecasting ✔️ The ability to operate strategically while influencing senior stakeholders ✔️ Experience within digital, technology, gaming, media, subscription or platform-based businesses This is a highly visible leadership role with significant scope to shape the future of AI-powered forecasting within a global organisation.
