Join Drax in Prince George, BC, as an IT Service Desk Support Analyst and help create a zero-carbon energy future. Your primary mission will be to deliver high-quality IT support services to all users. As part of Drax, you will ensure incidents are managed effectively while meeting SLAs.
This position demands collaboration with internal IT and third-party suppliers for successful outcomes. You will also focus on stabilizing application performance while keeping customers informed throughout their service journey.
