Job Description
Position & Location
e-Discovery PM Manager (legally qualified) – Southern Ireland, hybrid (3 days in office). This role is not accepting commuters from mainland; relocation required.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the process and organise the collected data, preparing it for review. Ensuring data integrity and security.
- Maintain accurate records of data collection, processing activities and chain of custody documentation to ensure traceability and accountability.
- Operate eDiscovery software tools for efficient data review and management. Assist with troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure all eDiscovery activities comply with relevant procedures and guidelines to mitigate risk.
- Set up and customise review platforms, process data, run searches and cull data, create review batches, customise coding templates and create user roles.
- Provide basic training to internal stakeholders on eDiscovery tools and processes, supporting the team’s proficiency and understanding.
- Evaluate eDiscovery processes and suggest improvements, supporting the development of best practices and enhanced efficiency.
- Build relationships with stakeholders internally.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced in managing eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and handling electronically stored information in a global professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector.
- Experienced in overseeing the collection, processing and storage of large volumes of ESI, ensuring technical activities align with security protocols and compliance standards.
- Hold a 2:1 Degree (or equivalent).
- Have previous experience or formal training in a technology, data processing or eDiscovery related field.
