We are looking for passionate and target-driven Admission Counsellors for a leading Ed-Tech organization focused on transforming higher education through innovative online learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups• Counsel students and parents regarding UG & PG programs, admissions, and career opportunities• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs• Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups through CRM systems• Support students throughout the enrolment and documentation process

Required Skills:• 1-3 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Inside Sales / Ed-Tech Sales• Prior experience handling UG & PG program admissions is mandatory• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi• Excellent counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• CRM knowledge preferred Preferred Candidate Profile:• Energetic, confident, and self-motivated• Passionate about sales and student engagement• Strong relationship-building abilities• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
