Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education.
• Curriculum Development skills, including designing learner-centered, activity-based, and assessment-driven lesson plans.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and partner effectively with families.
• Relevant degree in Education or a related field; formal teacher training (B.Ed. or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience in experiential learning, project-based learning, or holistic education environments is an advantage.
