Enterprise Program Manager

This is an opportunity to lead one of the organisation's most ambitious transformation programmes.

We're looking for a Senior Programme Manager to take the reins of a large-scale CRM implementation that will transform how over 10,000 customers access funding and engage with the organisation. It's a high‑profile programme with executive sponsorship, multiple workstreams and significant business impact.

This isn't a role for someone who simply keeps projects on track. We're looking for a leader who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity and knows how to navigate a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑rich environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the programme through a critical phase, ensuring the business is ready for implementation while keeping delivery on track.

Your focus will include:

• Driving an enterprise‑wide CRM transformation programme.
• Bringing structure, governance and momentum to a complex delivery environment.
• Leading programme readiness across people, process and technology.
• Managing senior stakeholders, delivery partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Overseeing programme risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Working closely with external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

You'll have:

• 8–10+ years' experience leading complex technology or business transformation programmes.
• A proven track record delivering enterprise CRM or large‑scale technology implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
• Strong programme governance and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to influence senior leaders and make decisions in a complex environment.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to create structure and drive delivery.

Experience in consulting, the public sector or highly regulated industries such as financial services or pharmaceuticals would be highly regarded.
