About the RoleSoutheast Asia is undergoing a fast-paced digital transformation, driven by strong national investment in ICT, cloud adoption, and enterprise modernization. As more companies transition from legacy systems to cloud-based ERP platforms, the demand for professionals with both business-domain expertise and technical ERP capabilities has grown sharply.To support this development and serve a growing base of China-linked and regional clients, we are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant with bilingual (English–Chinese) capability, strong consulting skills, and hands-on ERP project management experience. This talent is critical in bridging cross-border communication, accelerating digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful ERP adoption across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.As an implementation consultant, monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.Collaborate with regional project teams and engage directly with clients and headquarters to ensure alignment of processes and technical requirements.Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry best practices, project methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.5-8 years of experience in cloud-based enterprise applications and understanding of SaaS/PaaS/cloud architecture fundamentalsStrong domain knowledge across multiple business areas, including HR, finance and accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, and construction.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and coordination skills.Responsible, resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
