Job Description
First Advantage is a leading provider of global software and data in the HR technology industry. We are expanding our Mid-Market sales team in LATAM and are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate market penetration and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a disciplined sales process, including prospecting, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering a compelling message that links our solutions’ value proposition to customer needs.
- Drive total growth and profitability for an assigned vertical, meeting and exceeding quotas, profit goals, and other financial targets.
- Communicate the company’s vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead client communications, service, and retention, establishing and growing relationships with top clients as a credible company representative.
- Conduct the discovery process by asking probing questions, preempting resistance, and communicating a compelling business case.
- Build the sales pipeline, create momentum, and anticipate industry opportunities through a proactive, prescribed process.
- Implement value‑selling processes while leveraging knowledge of First Advantage’s products and portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a best‑in‑class human capital, BPO, or technology‑based industry.
- Record of negotiating and closing new client sales, including development of contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and SLAs.
- Proven track record in developing leads, pipeline, relationships, and presentation opportunities through a targeted and proactive strategy.
- Verified ability to attain quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Experience gaining access to and creating credibility within the VP‑suite of target clients.
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, influence, negotiation, and expectation‑setting skills.
- Achievement‑oriented with a strategic mindset, self‑directed, organized, analytical, and with excellent problem‑resolution skills.
- Diligent, resourceful, versatile, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑moving, sophisticated environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration with an outgoing personality.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Capacity to build exclusivity, urgency, priority, and enthusiasm within prospective client organizations.
- Accurate projection, tracking, and delivery of sales activities for multiple products and services using a CRM system such as Salesforce.
- Ability to lead the discovery process, overcome objections, and champion the benefits of a differentiated, value‑added brand partnership.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
- Exposure to working in a virtual environment.
- Entrepreneurial style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and optimize limited resources.
- Must reside in the SãoPaulo area for regular client site visits (remote work is allowed otherwise).
