Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist located in the Illinois area. The specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs, conducting safety training, and ensuring workplace safety compliance. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety skills
• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
• Strong background in safety training and compliance
• Certification in EHS or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
