About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech sales, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven track record of engaging with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CXOs, and business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition for HRTech solutions across mid-market and large enterprises.
- Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise opportunities through consultative selling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs, Procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, proposal management, and contract closure.
- Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and accurately manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Ensure 100% CRM adoption with accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Work with channel partners, strategic alliances, and referral partners to expand market reach.
- Understand client hiring, workforce, and HR transformation challenges and position HRTech solutions accordingly.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to strengthen product positioning.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- Provide regular market intelligence, customer insights, and recommendations to leadership for product enhancement and GTM strategy.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience, preferably in HRTech, HRMS, Recruitment Technology, Talent Solutions, Payroll, Workforce Management, ATS, Assessment Platforms, or SaaS.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong network among CHROs, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Operations, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in selling high-value SaaS subscriptions or enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a hunter mindset.
