Role OverviewWe are seeking a commercially driven Exhibition Sales Manager to support the launch and growth of a new regional B2B trade exhibition serving the cleaning, environmental services, sustainability, and smart urban solutions sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exhibitor and sponsorship sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with industry stakeholders across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and international markets.
This role is suited for a proactive sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, relationship building, and working in a fast-moving event launch environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationDrive exhibition space sales, sponsorship sales, and related commercial products to meet revenue targets.Identify, prospect, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, pavilions, and partners across relevant industry sectors.Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, industry research, networking, and market engagement.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial presentations for prospective clients.Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to convert leads into confirmed participation.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, associations, government agencies, and industry partners.Manage assigned accounts from initial contact through to contract signing, event delivery, and post-event follow-up.Understand client objectives and recommend suitable participation packages, sponsorship opportunities, and branding solutions.Ensure timely collection of contracts, payments, artwork, company profiles, and other exhibitor deliverables.Market DevelopmentResearch and map target sectors including cleaning services, environmental technology, waste management, facilities management, smart city solutions, sustainability solutions, hygiene, sanitation, pest management, and related urban services.Identify key companies, industry clusters, trade associations, government-linked organisations, and regional market opportunities.Monitor industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to support sales strategy and product positioning.Support the development of international pavilions, group participation, and strategic partnerships.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with marketing, conference, operations, and project teams to align sales messaging, campaign priorities, floorplan planning, and exhibitor servicing.Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to management.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including leads, opportunities, activities, contracts, and sales progress.Support onsite exhibitor servicing, sponsor fulfilment, VIP engagement, and client relationship management during the event.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B exhibitions, conferences, media, sponsorship, trade associations, or related commercial environments.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and consultative selling.Ability to understand industry sectors and translate client needs into relevant commercial opportunities.Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.Familiarity with Salesforce and sales pipeline reporting is preferred.Experience in environmental services, cleaning, facilities management, sustainability, smart cities, or industrial sectors would be advantageous.Regional sales experience across Southeast Asia or international markets would be an advantage.
