Executive Assistant & Growth Partner Location: Toronto Our office is located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core, offering a collaborative and connected environment for our team. We currently operate on a hybrid work model, with employees working in-office 2–3 days per week . PUSH Media is growing and looking to add an Executive Assistant & Growth Partner is a rare hybrid role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads without authority, and gets things done.
Roughly 70% of your focus will be on new business development, managing outreach and supporting the pitch process from end to end. The remaining time is split between executive support for our CEO and President (20%) and keeping our Toronto office running smoothly (10%). This role is a launchpad.
As PUSH grows, there is real opportunity for the right person to take on greater ownership, contribute to building out our new business function, and grow alongside the agency. Key Responsibilities: New Business (70%) Identify and research prospective clients across PUSH Media's key verticals Lead warm outreach and email campaigns to qualified leads, with a sharp eye for timing and personalization Schedule and coordinate introductory calls, pitch presentations, and follow-up touchpoints Coordinate pitch materials in partnership with the COO, Head of Operations, and departmental stakeholders, ensuring everything is polished and on time Support relationship management through the pitch process, handing off to Client Partnerships at close Track pipeline activity and maintain an organized, up-to-date view of all opportunities Executive Assistant to CEO and President (20%) Manage travel coordination including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries Handle expense reporting and reconciliation on behalf of the CEO and President Serve as a thoughtful gatekeeper for inbound calls and emails, filtering and routing communications appropriately Draft and send follow-up emails on behalf of executives, maintaining their voice and standards Office Management and Team Support (10%) Plan and execute internal events, client receptions, and team culture activities Manage front desk coverage as needed and serve as a warm, professional first impression for all visitors and clients Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operational logistics Coordinate shipping and receiving Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an independent agency or similarly fast-paced, multi-client environment Familiarity with motion design or animation principles, even if not the primary executional skill Working knowledge of front-end design constraints, including how designs translate into development, component-based builds, or CMS environments Experience with AI-assisted design tools or an interest in integrating emerging tools into production workflows PUSH Media is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and accessible workplace. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated range for this position and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s background and expertise.
