W2 Contract - 12+ months (extensions/ potential conversion) Fully remote in Canada or US Limited travel (once a year) MUST HAVES: 3-5+ years of industry experience working as a project or program manager Prior experience having strong alignment and collaboration with sales and marketing teams Background creating programs that generate demand and pipeline that converts closed-won revenue. Experience expanding customer base through x-sell/up-sell and net-new demand generation programs. Background leading cross-segment projects/ programs, from inception to final reporting.
This will range from high-touch executive events to tradeshows to webinar programs , delivered on-time and on budget. Experience supporting Field Marketing Managers with program deliverables achieve pipeline goals. Extreme attention to detail and organization Experience working on multiple projects at once Willing to join the team offering critical thoughts and bringing fresh ideas Ability to understand what the stakeholder is trying to achieve and prioritizing against goals Background working with both marketing and outside of marketing stakeholders Comfortability in a chaotic environment (adaptable) Prior experience interacting and communicating with executive leadership (internal and external) Day to Day : An Insight Global technology customer is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team.
This role is a critical addition to the Americas Field Marketing team, who act as an extension of the sales team, to understand the needs of the business and build a marketing plan to support revenue targets. The primary responsibilities include strategy, development, project management and execution of selected national and regional programs to drive demand . This requires exceptional attention to detail, creativity, collaboration, execution excellence and fiscal responsibility.
Programs will include virtual and face-to-face campaigns, through owned and/or third-party channels, across the full portfolio and measures lead-to-opportunity efforts. This team needs a high-energy, tech-savvy marketer with impeccable program execution skills and demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives. You will thrive on a small team, in an environment where you collaborate but take ownership vs delegating tasks.
In addition to creating and executing programs directly, you will collaborate with regional field marketing managers, digital, solutions, customer and global events marketing teams who lead programs, including content and support execution. They are seeking a highly motivated individual, with proven success in field and digital marketing, targeting practitioner and executive personas – preferably within the IT-industry. Compensation: $30/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
