The Role We are partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organization specializing in advanced welding technology and engineered solutions supporting highly regulated industries including aerospace and nuclear. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and offers involvement in office operations, project coordination, internal communications, and cross-functional administrative support.

Advantages Competitive compensation package $70,000–$75,000 Opportunity to transition into a permanent long-term position after 6 months Comprehensive benefits offered upon permanent hire Stable and collaborative team environment Exposure to a highly specialized engineering and manufacturing business Opportunity to work closely with leadership and support a variety of operational initiatives Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings involving multiple stakeholders Assist with office operations and administrative coordination across departments Support internal projects, reporting, presentations, and company communications Coordinate visitor logistics and assist with facility-related planning Prepare professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Assist with newsletters, project coordination, and ad hoc operational initiatives Provide collaborative team support, including occasional reception backup when required Maintain organized documentation, records, and office processes Requirements 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Professional, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working fully on-site in Hamilton Flexible and willing to support evolving business needs and deadlines Experience with project coordination or operations support considered an asset Accounting or bookkeeping exposure considered an asset Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or technical environments considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
