Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Montreal, QC, with the option for partial remote work.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, handling communications, and preparing expense reports. Additionally, the role involves providing executive and administrative support, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless organizational operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Experience with Executive Support and managing tasks for senior leaders Ability to create and manage Expense Reports with accuracy and confidentiality Strong skills in Diary Management, including organizing schedules, meetings, and travel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to communicate effectively in English; French language proficiency is an asset Strong proficiency in office software and tools, including calendars and expense reporting systems Previous experience in a cleantech, sustainability, or nonprofit environment is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
