️ We're Hiring: Executive Assistant
Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi (On-site) | Full-time
Turnix is looking for an exceptionally organized, trustworthy Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder — managing the calendar, keeping priorities straight, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
⏰ Work schedule (read before applying):
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
On-site at our Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi office — this is NOT a remote or hybrid role
What you'll do:
Own the founder's calendar — schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time
Coordinate with clients, candidates, and the team on meetings and follow-ups
Manage email and messages — triage, draft replies, chase pending items
Prepare notes, decks, and documents for meetings
Handle day-to-day operations — travel, invoices, vendors, and whatever keeps things moving
Keep trackers and task lists updated, and hold deadlines accountable
✅ What you need:
Excellent spoken & written English
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Comfort with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and scheduling tools
Discretion — you'll be handling confidential information
A proactive, get-it-done attitude
⭐ Bonus points for:
Experience supporting a founder or senior executive
Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or CRM tools
Experience in a fast-moving agency or startup environment
