Job Purpose:To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction
Key Responsibilities :Managing appointmentsHandling customer complaints and follow-upsHandling calls - both inbound and outboundTracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience

Qualifications:1+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO
