Executive Secretary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executivesManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionallyPrepare reports, presentations, and meeting materialsOrganize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesTake minutes of meetings and follow up on action itemsMaintain confidential documents and recordsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersAssist in office management and ad-hoc administrative tasks
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
