With presence in 35+ countries, the company is on an aggressive growth trajectory to build a Rs 100+ crore export business.Role OverviewThe Export Manager will drive business growth in assigned international markets (initially Vietnam and Cambodia), working closely with distributors to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & SalesManage and grow export business in Vietnam and CambodiaWork with distributors on market penetration strategiesAchieve revenue targets with 3-4X growth in 3 yearsConduct market visits to assess performance and competitionIdentify new product opportunities and optimize SKUsDistributor ManagementBuild strong relationships with distributor teamsMonitor sales performance, stock levels, and paymentsCoordinate promotions, launches, and marketing initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and brand standardsOperations & CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, regulatory, marketing)Manage export documentation and shipment trackingSupport regulatory submissions and product registrationsPrepare business reviews, forecasts, and market reportsQualifications & ExperienceEducationMBA or equivalent (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business (mandatory)Experience8-12 years in FMCG/Consumer Goods exportsMinimum 5 years in managerial roleProven track record in export growth and distributor managementASEAN market experience preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong commercial and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of export documentation and DGFT regulationsAbility to work independentlyWillingness to travel internationally (8-10 days/month)PreferredKnowledge of foreign languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.)Experience in Ayurveda/Herbal/Personal CareFamiliarity with ASEAN regulatory requirementsKey Performance IndicatorsRevenue Growth: 3-4X growth in 3 yearsDistributor Health: Timely payments, healthy stock, no overdueMarket Coverage: Distribution expansionNew Launches: Timely executionCompliance: 100% adherenceReporting: Timely MIS and forecastsDesired AttributesHumility and willingness to learnDiscipline and respect for processesIndependent thinking with accountabilityStrong ownership mindsetLong-term commitmentApplication ProcessInterested candidates should apply with updated CV and expected compensation.If needed, this can be converted into a concise JD summary or hiring mail format.
