The RoleAs our Field Growth Representative based in East Java, you'll be our boots on the ground. You'll work directly with plasma farmers, track the real-world results of our yield multiplier materials, and be the bridge between our product and the people using it.What you'll do:Engage and onboard plasma farmers for implementation of Kava International's yield multiplier materials and fertilisersSupervise field conditions and ensure correct product application across farmer plotsTrack yield improvements and calculate ROIs — turning field data into clear, actionable reportsAnalyse data and review performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, farmer groups, and government/agricultural authoritiesRepresent Kava International on the ground with credibility and consistency

What We're Looking ForBackground in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field (degree or hands-on experience — both count)Comfortable with data: you can read a report, spot what matters, and communicate it clearlyOwns a vehicle and is willing to travel regularly across Surabaya and surrounding farming areasRelationship-builder — you earn trust with farmers and officials through consistency, not just wordsA self-starter who doesn't need to be managed to stay motivatedBonus: experience working with plasma farmers, cooperatives, or agricultural extension programmesBilingual in Bahasa Indonesian & English
