As a Junior Growth Consultant, you'll be working across different businesses, industries, and growth challenges from day one. Your first few months here will be some of the most intensive of your career, and that's exactly the point. We'll teach you everything you need to know; what we're looking for is someone hungry to learn and driven enough to make the most of it.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the strategic growth partner to founders, CEOs, and executive teams, translating business priorities into clear and actionable go-to-market and marketing strategies that accelerate traction, scale, and long-term commercial objectives.Architect and deploy full-funnel growth frameworks that integrate brand, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, automation, lifecycle marketing, and creative systems to unlock sustainable and compounding growth.Tailor strategies to each client’s stage of maturity including early validation and traction for 0 to 1, channel expansion and systemization for 1 to 10, and operational excellence and revenue optimization for 10 to 100. This ensures strategic focus that is appropriate for each phase.Analyze performance data, uncover insights, identify growth bottlenecks, and drive clarity, prioritization, and ROI focused decision making across all marketing and commercial initiatives.Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, economics, competitive landscape, and constraints to guide strategic prioritization, resource allocation, and long-range growth direction.
Who We're Looking For:
1–3 years of working experience, preferably with a background in digital marketing or consulting.Genuinely curious about marketing, business growth, and what makes companies succeed or fail.Analytical and structured thinker who's comfortable working through ambiguity and complex problems.Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and build trust with both clients and internal teams.Eager to learn, coachable, and not afraid to get things wrong on the way to getting them right.Proactive and ownership-driven, you don't wait to be told what to do next.Excellent English, both spoken and written — this role involves direct communication with international clients.Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).Above all else: a hunger to grow and a genuine love for learning.
