Job Description
Job PurposeTo support and execute daily finance and accounting activities for building operations, ensuring accurate recording, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes within the residential property. Key Responsibilities1. Financial OperationsAssist in processing daily financial transactions (billing, collections, payments)Support monitoring of service charge, sinking fund, and other resident-related incomeFollow up on outstanding receivables from residents/tenantsHandle petty cash and track operational expenses2. Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate and organized financial recordsAssist in preparing monthly financial reportsPerform basic bank reconciliation and cash monitoringSupport month-end closing activities3. Budgeting & Cost MonitoringAssist in tracking expenses against budgetSupport preparation of simple reports for budget monitoring4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documentsAssist in tax and audit documentation when required5. CoordinationCoordinate with Building Management team and vendors for payment and billing mattersRespond to basic billing inquiries from residents/tenantsLiaise with head office finance team RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting / FinanceFresh graduates are welcome to apply or maximum 1 year of working experienceBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reconciliation)Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learnGood communication skillsWilling to be stationed on-site (Jakarta area)
