Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes with strong governance and compliance to accounting standards Ensure robust internal controls and financial discipline to safeguard company assets and support business growth Provide strategic insights through in-depth financial analysis, including performance review, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations Oversee end-to-end tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all filings Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy Optimize accounting systems and processes, including collaboration with IT to enhance efficiency and scalability Manage general ledger integrity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FAT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Partner with senior management to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with a proven managerial track record Background from Big 4 Accounting Firms will be a strong advantage Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and internal controls Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems, with experience in Accurate preferred or other ERP systems Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
