Responsibilities

• Use technology and critical thinking to lead high‑quality decisions.

• Understand and apply accounting fundamentals and principles to operational and closing activities.
• Provide financial analysis support for the business.
• Perform accounting support and reconciliation analysis.
• Strive for process efficiencies, adding value as a core driver in everything we do.
• Build engaging and meaningful relationships with internal partners and external customers.
• Capital budgeting and cost analysis.
• Corporate or operating company‑specific accounting and regulatory reporting.
• Financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Finance/accounting counsel and consulting.
• Internal controls and compliance.
• Liaise with other finance divisions.
• Track accountability/scorecard metrics.
• Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and reporting.
• Corporate and Excise Tax Credit.
• Month‑End Close activities.
• Account reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting work experience.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Skilled individual user of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Adaptability to change.
• Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Finance or accounting degree (preferred).
• Proactive and willing to learn, with curiosity to experiment with the latest technologies to enable innovation (considered a plus).
• Experience with automation and productivity tools such as SAP and JDE.
