Finance Associate - Crypto Accounting

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Finance / Senior Finance Associate to support the Finance Lead across portfolio monitoring, and finance operations. This is a high-exposure, hands-on role in a fast-moving environment, ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in Big 4 advisory, transaction services, or investment operations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity across our international structure of SPVs and holding entities, including Crypto Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate financial records across group entities (SPVs, HoldCos)Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management in accounting systemCoordinate quarterly closings, management accounts, and investor reportsReconcile token and fiat flows, monitor realized vs unrealized gainsLiaise with external accountants/auditors in different jurisdictionsFinance Operations & ControlsReview and process payments, invoices, and fund flowsSupport automation and controls for multi-entity cash and token managementMaintain approval workflows and documentationTrack treasury activity, service provider spend, and operating reserves across entities

Who You AreMust-Have Qualifications4-6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or transaction advisoryStrong financial analysis skills and understanding of core accounting principlesExcellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, including modeling and reconciliation workflowsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external advisorsComfortable in remote-first, high-autonomy environments

Preferred BackgroundPrior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit, advisory, TS, or FDD teams)Experience in venture capital, private equity, or growth-stage investingFamiliarity with crypto transactions, token accounting, or SPV management
