Finance Associate

Role Title: Finance Associate We are looking for a Finance Associate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with our organization. This role combines accounting operations with financial analysis , offering exposure to core finance functions, compliance, and business decision-making. Role & Responsibilities/Key Activities include: Accounts Receivable: Prepare and dispatch customer invoices on time. Maintain and review customer master data in ERP systems. Record customer collections daily and reconcile with bank statements.

Support legal filings and assist in managing litigations related to defaulting customers. Accounts Payable Dispatch Form 16A to vendors for TDS deductions on a quarterly basis. Verify invoices and employee reimbursement claims (non-travel).

Track and validate tax invoices for vendor payments through corporate credit card. Assist in the physical verification of the company's fixed assets. Finance & Compliance Support statutory, secretarial, & audit documentation and filings.

Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to obtain financial inputs. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects. Assist in audits and strengthen internal controls.

All other activities involved in the finance function may be assigned from time to time. Take ownership of assigned tasks and grow into leadership responsibilities over time Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in commerce ( B.Com. ) 1 - 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills High ethical standards and the ability to manage confidential data Effective communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
