Job Title: Finance Executive – Distillery or Alcove industry experience is a must
Location: India - North Goa
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹ 70,000.00 per month
Industry Preference: Alcohol / Liquor / Beverage (Mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Executive with hands-on experience in the liquor/alcohol industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
The selected candidate will be required to work at the Dubai head office for the first 6 months, after which they will transition back to India. Company-provided accommodation will be included during the initial 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
- Handle label registration and annual K Form renewal through the Excise Portal
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with state excise laws and liquor industry regulations
- Handle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor inventory accounting and implement cost controls specific to liquor products
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain financial accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
· 3–6 years of relevant experience Distillery or Alcove industry experience is a must
· Strong knowledge of GST, excise regulations, and financial compliance
· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
· Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
