Finance Manager

Financial Reporting & AccountingOversee the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reportsPrepare statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRSManage month-end and year-end closing processesPerform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliationsSupport financial reporting across multiple entities within the group

Budgeting & Financial AnalysisSupport annual budgeting and forecasting exercisesMonitor financial performance and prepare variance analysisProvide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions

Business PartneringWork with business teams to understand the financial implications of business decisionsProvide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitabilityAnalyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvementWork closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing

Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providersPrepare audit schedules and support statutory filingsPrepare and review GST returns, tax filings and related compliance requirements

Cash Flow & Process ImprovementMonitor cash flow and working capitalManage banking transactions and paymentsReview and improve finance processes and internal controls

RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline6 – 10 years of relevant finance / accounting experienceExperience handling full set of accounts and financial reportingExperience with financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliationsFamiliarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systemsGood analytical and communication skillsBig 4 audit experience will be an advantage
