Job Description Finance Manager is accountable for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, process development and internal control adherence for a large CBG. The candidate should have a track record of effective collaboration and exemplary interpersonal skills while embodying a roll‑up the sleeves attitude to attain common goals and objectives. Summary As a versatile team member, you have the ability to strategically manage competing priorities while interacting and influencing both business leads and customers with financial insights that drive bottom‑line results or improve customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Manage the monthly/quarterly/year‑end financial reporting process Prepare and compile financial reporting packages—internal and to client Ensure accuracy of financial information Develop reports to provide accurate and high‑quality financial insights Collaborate with client finance counterparts on month‑end close activities Prepare all reporting deadline calendars Ensure accounting operations are audit compliant/SOX Support during client monthly financial review meetings Planning and Analysis Manage annual planning and analysis cycles Direct and manage FP&A activities Conduct in‑depth financial analysis and make recommendations Respond to internal and external client requests for ad hoc analysis Provide analysis and recommendations to senior finance and operations management Process Optimization Lead a review of existing finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and improving the effectiveness of client reporting Implement changes to improve the use and efficiency of accounting processes and procedures Knowledge & Skills University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Minimum of 7–10 years progressive financial management experience Advanced Excel user and experience managing large volumes of data Fully developed leadership skills to manage a team of individual contributors Strong communication skills, well known for clarity in communicating complicated concepts and information Willingness to roll up the sleeves and work on the front line Proven ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts with key concerned parties Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation CPA, CMA, CGA, CA designation is required This is a regular, full‑time position with a salary range of $84,493–$105,616 per annum.
