The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a high-performing organisation and support the delivery of effective financial management and reporting. Reporting to a senior operational leader, this role will play a key part in ensuring financial integrity, while supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports, providing clear analysis and insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes
- Assist with financial modelling and business case development
- Monitor capital expenditure, project tracking, and work-in-progress reporting
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Maintain strong internal controls, governance, and adherence to statutory obligations
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
About You
- Strong technical accounting capability with attention to detail
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
