Finance Manager

Job DescriptionFinance Manager Engineering Position Description Newly created position, reporting to the Finance Director. This will be a hands-on role where the Finance Manager will gain exposure to all aspects to not only the routine aspects of accounts production and maintenance (AP, AR, P&L and BS production and reporting, statutory reporting and VAT returns) but also to debt management and reporting, shareholder and investor reporting, treasury and cash management (significant revenue and profitability), FP&A and systems automation (new ERP introduction in 2026). This is an office-based role, close to Dublin C.C.

Candidate background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years PQE and experience ideally at Controller level within an SME Systems savvy (ERP systems) and strong excel skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential About Our Client Our client is hugely successful Irish engineering/ energy business.
