Qualification: CA preferred; MBA (Finance) may also be considered
Experience: 6–10+ years in Finance, preferably in hospitality, events, catering, or large‑scale service operations.
🔍 Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations for the IICC unit, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, cost control, and timely reporting. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical ability, business partnering skills, and experience in managing multi‑functional financial operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the IICC unit.
- Track financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Costing & Controls
- Monitor cost structures, overheads, and inventory management.
- Implement internal financial controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate costing for events, catering operations, and service offerings.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to taxation norms, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
- Maintain updated documentation as per company financial policies.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and senior management for financial planning.
- Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Drive financial discipline across departments.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a small finance team at the unit.
- Ensure high-quality performance, accuracy, and timely task completion.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- CA (preferred) or MBA (Finance) with strong technical knowledge.
- Experience in hospitality, events, catering, facilities management, or large service setups is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and financial systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
