Finance Manager | Property Portfolio
An exceptional opportunity exists for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a well‑capitalised and growing property group with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial and hospitality assets.
This is a broad, hands‑on role offering exposure across multiple facets of the business. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, supporting performance across assets, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Performance
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across a multi‑asset portfolio
- Provide timely and accurate insights to support strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to enhance financial outcomes
Operational Finance
- Take a hands‑on approach across day‑to‑day financial operations
- Partner closely with asset and operational teams across both commercial and hospitality sectors
- Support business initiatives with financial analysis and commercial input
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various levels of the business
- Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing culture
- Present clear and concise financial insights to support leadership decision‑making
Systems & Process Improvement
- Work across established financial systems and reporting platforms
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
- Experience within property, hospitality, or a multi‑asset environment highly regarded
- Strong technical capability with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in the broader business
