Finance Manager

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accountingfunctions related to the commercial entity, ensuring accurate and comprehensive financialreporting and analysis.

RESPONSIBLITIES:Oversee the local Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, focusing on accurate and timely costing.Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivables to ensure timely collections and payments.Lead the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of comprehensive cost reports and analysis.Spearhead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to the commercial entity.Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls related to the commercial entity.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant government authorities locally to ensure compliance and address costing- related financial reporting matters.Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable universityPreferably with CA qualificationMore than 8 years of relevant and practical experience in a manufacturing environment
