Key Responsibilities

Lead full-set accounting and month-end close across multiple entitiesPrepare financial statements and manage year-end audit processesOversee compliance, corporate secretarial matters, and MAS-related requirementsManage tax filings (SG & US), including GST submissionsHandle treasury functions, bank reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination

Key Requirements

Big 4 audit background (financial services/trading exposure preferred) OR in-house trading firm experienceProven high performer (candidates will be asked for performance ratings)Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasksHighly driven, self-starter with growth mindsetBasic technical skills (e.g. Python/automation with AI) OR strong willingness to learn

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–7 years of relevant experienceCPA / ACCA (or final stage candidates welcome)Familiar with IFRS/SFRSExposure to MAS regulations / fund environment is a plus
