Finance Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing international healthcare technology organisation delivering AI-driven clinical documentation and workflow solutions to healthcare providers globally. With an established presence across APAC and strong recurring revenues, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to support regional operations.

Working closely with the CFO and wider finance team, this role will take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, and operational finance activities across the APAC region. The successful candidate will also partner with senior leadership to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making, while contributing to ongoing process improvements and a forthcoming finance systems implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly and annual management reporting
• Oversight of payroll, invoicing, and day-to-day finance operations
• Management of local tax and regulatory compliance
• Business partnering with regional leadership teams
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintaining strong financial controls and reconciliations
• Liaison with external auditors and advisors
• Supporting finance transformation initiatives

The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with prior experience in a similar finance role, strong technical accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel capability. Exposure to software/SaaS or recurring revenue businesses, along with finance systems implementation experience, would be highly regarded.
