Financial Controller

Experience Required: 8–12 years in accounting/finance, with mandatory prior experience working in a listed (publicly traded) company

Location : Mumbai Andheri East Midc

• CA / CPA / CMA qualified
• Proven experience handling financial reporting and compliance for a listed entity - familiarity with SEBI regulations, quarterly results filings, board/audit committee reporting, and investor disclosures
• Strong exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance (Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Ind AS/IFRS)
• Experience managing month-end/year-end closing, MIS reporting, and budget vs. actual analysis independently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage the finance function end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Experience liaising directly with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and audit committees
• Strong command over accounting systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MS Excel .

• Own the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial statements and disclosures
• Manage quarterly/annual results preparation as per listing requirements
• Lead the accounting team and drive process improvements/internal controls
• Coordinate audits and ensure zero compliance lapses
• Present financial performance to senior management/board as needed

• Someone who has already handled a Controller-level or equivalent role in a listed company, is comfortable being the single point of accountability for compliance and reporting .
