Chartered Accountant (Real Estate Compliance & Regulatory Advisory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to support compliance and regulatory documentation processes relating to real estate projects governed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA Act, 2016) and other applicable regulatory framework.

The role involves analysing financial and as well as general information forming part of regulatory submissions, understanding project cost structures, and assisting in aligning compliance documentation with statutory requirements prescribed under the RERA Act, 2016.

The position requires a professional approach with strong analytical ability, structured documentation approach, and understanding of financial aspects relevant to regulatory compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

• Reviewing financial information forming part of regulatory documentation submitted under the RERA Act, 2016
• Assisting in analysis of project cost structures, estimated project cost, and allocation of costs from regulatory perspective
• Supporting preparation and review of details forming part of regulatory submissions and financial disclosures
• Understanding linkage between project progress, cost incurred, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensuring consistency of data across various regulatory documents and submissions
• Reviewing inter alia financial information from compliance and documentation perspective

Regulatory & Analytical Support

• Assisting in interpretation of financial reporting requirements prescribed under RERA Act, 2016, and applicable regulatory framework
• Supporting alignment of information with regulatory disclosure requirements
• Analysing financial aspects of project documentation to ensure completeness and consistency for regulatory purposes
• Working closely with finance, legal, and technical teams to understand inputs required for regulatory submissions
• Supporting structured presentation of information forming part of regulatory filings

Client Coordination in Compliance Processes

• Assisting in identification of financial information required from clients for regulatory documentation
• Coordinating for financial data required as part of project compliance processes
• Supporting teams in maintaining structured records forming part of regulatory submissions
• Ensuring completeness of required inputs for regulatory documentation processes

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Interest in regulatory compliance and documentation-oriented roles
• Understanding of compliance documentation and reporting structures
