Work Structure
To establish a foundation for your success, this role begins with comprehensive, face-to-face onboarding at our modern Lisbon corporate site. Once you complete this initial training phase, you will transition into a flexible hybrid model, splitting your time between collaborative office days and remote work from home.
In this position, you will represent a premier global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, delivering exceptional support and tailored solutions to their user base.
Your Core Responsibilities
Your main objective is to champion an iconic, household-name brand, ensuring that every user interaction is smooth, constructive, and stress-free:
- Omnichannel Support: Handle inbound inquiries from Flemish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat. Provide guidance regarding product specifications, shipping logistics, system setup, warranty terms, and basic technical inquiries.
- Diagnostics & Resolution: Walk customers step-by-step through technical troubleshooting for their devices and appliances, or route advanced issues to specialized technical departments when appropriate.
- Data Administration: Meticulously record user information, communication details, and case resolutions within the company CRM to facilitate smooth follow-ups and maintain high quality.
- Brand Representation: Develop an advanced understanding of the brand's product catalog and values, demonstrating high professionalism and authentic empathy during every interaction.
- Skill Enhancement: Attend routine workshops and training modules to stay current on new product line rollouts, software updates, and advanced customer care methodologies.

Minimum Criteria:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of Flemish (C1/C2 level), combined with professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) for corporate communication.
- Residency Status: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared to manage and execute your own move to Portugal.
- Interpersonal Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills characterized by patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented focus.
- Digital Literacy: Comfort multitasking across diverse software interfaces, team messaging applications, and CRM databases.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Previous background in retail, hospitality, contact centers, technical support, or general customer care.
- A personal interest in consumer electronics, smart home ecosystems, or modern household technology.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
We provide a competitive rewards package designed to offer financial stability while recognizing your daily contributions:
- Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, issued 14 times per year (inclusive of standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
- Language Premium: An additional €150 monthly allowance for utilizing your specialized Flemish language skills.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to €100 monthly based on meeting quality and performance targets (KPIs).
- Meal Allowance: €7 per day worked, which adds approximately €140–€150 net to your monthly take-home earnings.

Important Relocation Notice
Please be aware that this position does not include a relocation package. Candidates currently residing outside of Portugal must be completely independent in planning, executing, and funding their own travel, short-term housing, and general moving logistics to Lisbon.
