Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of 40 suppliers for food compliance • Provide technical support for product development initiatives • Lead quality improvement projects based on supplier trends • Conduct regular food safety and quality reviews • Handle corrective actions related to product complaints
Requirements: • Degree in Food Science or related field essential • 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing • Knowledge of specifications and SOP writing • Strong communication skills with executives and teams • Flexibility for travel to various suppliers
