Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• High school completed
• 6 months of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in operating mobile equipment (sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach forklifts, electric pallet jack, tugger, etc.)
• Experience in material handling and supplying production lines
• Sense of urgency

Job Responsibilities:

• Operates the scanning equipment to deregister material in the system.
• Responsible for material transfers between different locations within the ERP system.
• Manages first in, first out (FIFO) inventory.
• Responsible for 5S in their area.
• Provides support in the different areas of the materials department.
• Responsible for forklift operations (sit-down forklift, stand-up reach forklift, electric pallet jack, tugger, etc.) within Ikano facilities.
• In charge of unloading and/or loading material in trailer boxes.
• Responsible for placing material on the different warehouse racks.
• Supports bulk unloading.
• Compliance with the plant's internal regulations and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the position.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds or more.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment as applicable.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
