About the Company

Quantiphi is looking for an experienced trainer/facilitator to conduct an interactive in-person training program focused on workplace communication effectiveness and AI-enabled communication productivity for technical teams.

About the Role

The training audience will include engineers, developers, analysts, architects, TPMs, and project team members. The objective of the program is to help employees improve their written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, while also enabling them to effectively leverage AI tools for workplace communication productivity.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Delivering engaging in-person instructor-led workshops in TrivandrumFacilitating interactive discussions, role-plays, and communication exercisesDriving participant engagement and practical application of concepts

Communication Skills Training

Cover topics including:Communication styles and intentProfessional verbal communicationBusiness email and written communicationStakeholder and client communicationMeeting etiquette and collaboration practicesProfessional tone and clarity

AI Productivity Enablement

Demonstrate practical usage of AI tools for:Drafting professional emailsImproving tone and grammarSummarizing meetings and notesStructuring communication effectivelyEnhancing workplace productivity responsibly using AI

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering corporate communication or behavioral skills trainingExperience training technology or IT services teams preferredStrong facilitation and presentation skillsUnderstanding of workplace/client communication best practicesFamiliarity with AI tools used for workplace productivity and communicationAbility to deliver engaging, interactive in-person sessions

Preferred Skills

Background in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Communication Coaching, or Behavioral TrainingExperience conducting communication workshops for engineering or consulting teamsExposure to AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.

Pay range and compensation package

Total Duration: 4 hours of instructor-led training - (2 Batches)Format: 2 hours per batchDelivery Mode: In-personLocation: Quantiphi office, Trivandrum

This will begin as a pilot batch. Based on facilitator quality and program impact, we expect to scale this into a recurring engagement with multiple cohorts. Compensation will be agreed on a per-hour basis for the initial batch, with a structured engagement model for scale. Budget: INR 4K per hour
