Job Title: Front Desk Executive - Healthcare (Hospitality Background Preferred) Location: MumbaiRole Overview:We are looking for a compassionate and service-oriented Customer Care Executive with a hospitality background to enhance patient experience and ensure smooth front-end coordination in a healthcare setup.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate patient records & follow-upsHandle patient inquiries, appointments & service coordination• Deliver a warm, professional & empathetic patient experience• Manage front desk interactions & patient flow• Coordinate with medical & support teams for seamless service• Address patient concerns, feedback & service recovery• Ensure high standards of customer service aligned with healthcare protocols• Support billing coordination & basic administrative tasksRequirements:• Experience in Hospitality / Guest Relations / Customer Service• Strong communication & interpersonal skills• Patient-first attitude with empathy & professionalism• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly• Basic knowledge of healthcare environment is a plusPreferred Profile:Candidates from hotel, airline, clinic, wellness or service industry with strong customer handling experience.
