Fund Finance Manager, Venture Capital Fund

Our client is a regional venture capital firm investing in digital asset industry and they have a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager. This role is based in Singapore. Key responsibilities:Work with other team members to cover fund accounting and operationsPrepare and review fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee etcLiaise with external vendors such as fund administrators, auditors etcMonitor cash flow such as investment payments and expense, treasury tasks etcPrepare and manage financial statements, financial data from portfolio companiesMonitor portfolio companies and valuationsPrepare and review investor reports Coordinate audit, tax reporting processes.Other ad-hoc finance related duties when necessary Key requirementsMinimum 5 years of fund accounting experienceExposure to digital asset / crypto industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in accounting or other accounting qualificationGood accounting and finance technical knowledgeMotivated, meticulous, fast learnerGood communication and presentation skills Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at [email protected]
