Key RequirementsA right to reside and work in SingaporeQualification to practice in Singapore, Hong Kong, US, England & Wales, or Australia.Three to seven years' post-qualification training and experience at a top tier international firm, added in-house experience is idealStrong fund formation experience and knowledge of fund products, as well as knowledge on fund related regulatory issues Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level whilst working as a consultantAdept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externalClient service-focused, with exemplary client service ethic and commitmentStrong commercial/business acumenResilient, adaptable, autonomous and highly credibleAdvanced organisational skills and diplomacy

Assignments can range from two to six months in duration and are usually worked four days’ per weekIn the A&O Shearman practice on an ad-hoc basis, supporting teams when needed or joining them for fixed periods to work on a deal.
