Furniture Showroom Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused, and organized Furniture Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium solidwood furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good eye for design, and the ability to guide clients through our furniture collections, design catalogs, wood finishes, and fabric selections.Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and provide a premium showroom experience.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture designs and customization options.- Present furniture catalogs, design references, wood finishes, polish options, and fabric samples.- Explain product features, materials, craftsmanship, and customization possibilities.- Prepare quotations, maintain client records, and follow up on enquiries.- Coordinate with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Maintain the showroom's appearance, product displays, and sample library.- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term client relationships.- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.- Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office.Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).- 2–5 years of experience in furniture, interiors, retail, or luxury showroom sales.- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.- Strong presentation and customer handling skills.- Basic understanding of furniture materials, fabrics, finishes, and interior design concepts is preferred.- Well-groomed, organized, and customer-oriented personality.- Ability to multitask and work independently.Preferred Candidate- Experience in a premium furniture or interior design showroom.- Passion for furniture, interiors, and home décor.- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.What We Offer- Professional and creative work environment.- Career growth opportunities.- Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
