Job Opening: Junior Architect / Interior Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Architect with hands-on experience in interior design projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have worked on residential and commercial interiors, possess strong technical drawing skills, and be capable of supporting projects from concept development to site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior layout plans, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and elevation designs.
• Create 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, site engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and monitor project progress.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
• 1–2 years of experience in interior design projects.
• Experience in residential, villa, apartment, office, retail, or commercial interiors.
• Good understanding of construction details and interior execution.

Software Skills

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• Revit (Preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Ability to prepare execution drawings independently.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment.
